Ontinity Private Limited (“Ontinity”, “we”) is a company headquartered in India. We develop, host, and manage software for global clients. For privacy questions, write to contact@ontinity.com or use the contact form and mark the brief as a privacy matter.
What we collect
From this website: name, email, organisation, country, inquiry type, and the message you send. We also receive a reCAPTCHA v3 token from Google to distinguish people from automated abuse. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and timestamps. We do not sell personal data.
Why we process it
To answer your inquiry, evaluate a product engagement, consider a candidate or investor conversation, keep the site secure, and meet Indian law — including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, as applicable.
Processors and transfers
Google processes reCAPTCHA according to its own terms. When Google Analytics is enabled, Google also receives page views, device details, and an approximate location so we can see how the site is used. Resend delivers contact-form messages to contact@ontinity.com on our instructions. Vercel hosts the site and provides its own analytics. When a client outside India uses our products, we transfer data only as needed to perform the contract, with contractual safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, or a copy of the personal data we hold, subject to lawful exceptions. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. We will respond within the periods required by applicable law.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation and our legitimate record-keeping — typically no longer than twenty-four months unless a contract or dispute requires more.
